1 cloveGarlic (More or less to taste. I use less.)
1 LargeLemon (juiced)
3-6 tbspAquafaba (water from chickpeas)
Blend lemon juice and tahini in food processor. Add 3 tablespoons of Aquafaba and then layer chickpeas, salt and garlic. Blend until desired consistency! Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and parsley and chili flakes if you wish! Enjoy!
