Ingredients
4tablespoonsUnsalted Butter*Grass-fed
114 ounce can Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
3cupsLight Cheddar Cheese*Grated
1/4cupPickled Jalapeno Peppers* Finely chopped. Seeded if desired
Instructions
Grate cheese and chop jalapenos. Drain tomatoes. Set all the ingredients aside.
In a small saucepan saute the drained fire-roasted tomatoes in the grass-fed butter. Cook until thick about 10 minutes on medium high heat.
Lower the heat and add grated cheddar, jalapeno and spices. Stir with a wooden spoon until melted. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve immediately!
