  • 36 Large White Raw Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Panko
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 12 Flour Tortillas Or Any Tortillas you prefer

Chili Lime Slaw

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce Optional
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Finely Chopped


Air Fryer Shrimp

  • Preheat Air Fryer (For Frozen Foods Setting).
  • Toss Shrimp in flour.
  • Dip in Egg.
  • Dip Shrimp in Panko and seasonings.
  • When Air Fryer is preheated spray tray with non-stick spray and add Shrimp. Cook for 8 minutes flipping halfway through cooking time. While Shrimp is cooking, warm tortillas and prepare Chili Lime Slaw.

Chili Lime Slaw

  • In a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt, chili powder and cilantro together add salt and pepper to taste and I like to add a few dashes of hot sauce to kick up the flavors!
  • Mix together and throw over coleslaw mix toss to coat.
  • Assemble tacos by adding slaw to warm tortillas and then topping with air-fried shrimp! Serve and enjoy immediately!
