Air Fryer Whole Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Organic Chicken *Hormone and Antibiotic Free
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper *Freshly Ground
  • 1 tsp Salt *I use Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry. Place in a large bowl.
    2. Apply avocado oil all over chicken using a pastry brush.
    3. Season chicken with salt pepper and garlic on both sides.
    4. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
    5. When heated, place chicken breast side down in air fryer.
    6. After 25 minutes flip chicken over and cook for another 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees from a meat thermometer.
    7. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes before carving and enjoying!
